Cannot Start SAP on DB2/Linux (NW4)

Thanks, that was the problem!  I had changed the password for sapsi4 because 
it comes delivered with a known password.  I guess that broke it.

I changed the password back, and now everything is ok.

I'll have to figure out another way to secure the user id to prevent logons.
