Parameter PHYS_MEMSIZE for Linux EM administration

Hello Stephen,

if the PHYS_MEMSIZE parameter is not configured in the profiles,
then the result should be the same as setting PHYS_MEMSIZE to 100%:
all of the RAM available will be taken into account when
the memory parameter mentioned in note 386605 are calculated
by the program. 
Unfortunately without setting PHYS_MEMSIZE there may be some
confusion with respect to the default value. In this case
transaction RZ10 assures that the active value of
PHYS_MEMSIZE is equal to the default value (64mb).
However, this can be ignored, since the program will
calculate correctly based on total amount of RAM...
